A hydrogen generator can increase gas mileage, engine performance and decrease gas emission. This may be the reason why it has it is increasingly becoming popular nowadays. More and more car and truck owners are equipping their vehicles with this hydrogen boosting technology. This technology is uses electricity provided by the vehicle to electrolyze small amounts of water and inject the resulting hydrogen and oxygen gases into the intake system. The injected hydrogen and oxygen displace fossil fuels in the cylinders, thus helping the fuel to burn more efficiently, increase power and decrease unhealthy emissions. In this environment conscious and critical financial times, the hydrogen generator is perfect as it poses less danger to the environment while saving you a lot of money from gas. Just imagine how much you can save by simply letting tap water generate the much needed power in your car or truck, especially when gasoline prices can be pretty unpredictable. There are several commercially manufactured hydrogen generators in the market today. But they may be a little expensive considering that they are not that hard to build on your own. Do-it-yourself plans can be easily found online. These plans can help you use water to supplement your fuel for increase mileage. There are also books that can show you how to electrolyze water. Hydrogen generator is not a perfect science. There are many scientists who claim that they do not work as well as most people rave about. Despite this, there are still many people who are convinced of its wonders. It may not really work as good as it claims to be, but the fact is, hydrogen generator is aimed towards a cleaner environment and a lesser expense on gas. After all, the technology has so much room to evolve in. And all it needs to do so is patronage.
